On the Friday, April 15th episode of “Days of Our Lives,” fans’ hearts’ skipped a beat as Jen Lilley (Theresa) called Summer (Marie Wilson) out on her crap. After interrupting Theresa and Brady’s (Eric Martsolf) romantic evening, Summer played the woe-is-me card once again landing her a one-night stay on their couch.
However, Brady was not present when Summer woke up—or, we should say, was woken up by Theresa. And, Theresa was angry as a bull.
Brady returned from the hospital, concerned about what Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) could have said to make Summer so upset. Summer made an attempt to leave without a sob story. But Brady persisted, so Summer pulled another woe-is-me moment declaring that she could see in Maggie’s eyes that Maggie didn’t want her. That she was the reason for all Maggie’s sorrow, not the fact that her husband had a heart attack.
“Oh, cut the crap!” Theresa finally declared, rising from the couch where she stewed throughout most of Summer’s performance.
And the fans went wild on Twitter. DAYS even agreed with @ghansaw627 that Lilley’s performance was Emmy-worthy. Perhaps DOOL PR will submit an application for her too, as they did for Melissa Reeves (Jennifer).
Lilley had fun interacting with fans on Twitter, even showing love for Wilson.
